About our Classes

Vinyasa 1: Looking to get into yoga or fairly new to the practice? Our vinyasa 1 is a great option for you. Vinyasa 1 offers the fundamental framework for a successful yoga practice. From there, it’s incorporating the asana (pose) and pranayama (breath) for a meaningful and strong practice. Expect to be offered modifications, advancements and feel challenged mentally and physically throughout.

Vinyasa 2: Vinyasa 2 is our mid level yoga offering. We say this is an intermediate class but still accessible to newer yoga practitioners. The flow and transition between postures moves quicker but at the pace of your own breath. We encourage students to advance or modify depending on what they need that day.

Slow Flow: Our slow flow class is a nourishing fusion of a mindful, slow paced vinyasa yoga class and the long holds you would experience in a yin yoga class. We will mix elements of both vinyasa and yin yoga practices to release tension, evolve the breath-work and free the mind. We encourage the use of props to dive further into each posture and soak up all the benefits.

Community: Our community classes are offered Sunday mornings at 9:00a and Monday evenings at 6:00p. We rotate instructors throughout our Sunday morning classes. The type of yoga will vary from vinyasa, hatha, yin, and somewhere in-between. The class is about 45 minutes from start to finish. This would be great option for beginners or those looking to start their yoga journey… On Monday evenings, Rachael Roykovich with High Vibe Yoga leads our community flow. This is an invigorating, fluid, vinyasa style yoga that focuses on the breath and the asana (postures). Expect to be challenged and inspired!
