DETAILS Join me for a warm flow, 6:30p every Thursday at The Dogwood! We will begin class with 5 - 10 minutes of breath work and mindfulness exercises before transitioning into a warm vinyasa flow. Together, we will flow through a series of postures designed to open both the heart and the mind. We will focus on areas where you may be holding feelings of tension, stress, and emotional setback. Paula Fraschetti will be leading you through class, and this an open-level format, meaning it's accessible to anyone regardless of their level of expertise. All are welcome!
We will be meeting in the parking lot towards the back of The Dogwood. Space is limited. Some music is explicit. Please wear a mask upon entry and bring your own mat, a water bottle, and your best friends. Food and drinks will be available after class!
